A young and creative chef who graduated Culinary Art degree from Switzerland. With experience in many restaurants in Europe with a diversity of cuisine and culture, he acquires a trendy, yet, methodical knowledge in Culinary field.

Thomas Fois

Executive R&D Chef

As a former chef under the famous French master Yves Menes of the most prestigious club in New York, Thomas has continued his career in many other luxury hotel and restaurant including The Banyan Tree Maldives, Outrigger Resort Pacific Guam, before coming to Vietnam and being the Executive chef of Imperial Hotel Vung Tau and Six Senses Nha Trang.
